A Summer of Home Football at Skagerak Arena
Skagerak Arena, the 13,500-capacity home of Odd Ballklubb in Skien, is entering the busiest stretch of its 2026 home calendar. With the 1. Division season in full swing, the stadium is set to host a string of top-flight fixtures across August, September and October.
The upcoming schedule includes high-profile visits from Kongsvinger (26 August), Strømsgodset (5 September), Egersund (20 September), Bryne (11 October) and Strømmen (18 October), before the season wraps up at home against Sandnes Ulf on 1 November.
Mixed Home Form, Strong Crowd Backing
Odd have shown they can be a force at Skagerak Arena this season. The side thumped Sogndal 4–0 in the season opener on 6 April, and followed that up with a 1–0 win over Raufoss and a 3–1 victory against Ranheim in late May. The 2–3 home defeat to Moss on 16 May remains the only blemish on their Skagerak Arena record so far.
The stadium, opened in 2007 and featuring a natural grass surface measuring 105 by 68 metres, continues to provide one of the more atmospheric settings in Norwegian second-tier football.
