The victory follows back-to-back home wins in late May, when Odd beat Ranheim 3–1 and then swept aside Lyn 3–0. Sunday's four-goal haul against Åsane underlines the potency of the side in front of their own supporters this season.
Fortress Skagerak Holds Firm
With the result against Åsane, Skagerak Arena has firmly established itself as one of the tougher away-day destinations in the 1. Division this campaign. Odd have lost only once at home — a 2–3 reversal against Moss back in May — as the rest of the division struggles to take anything from Skien.
