Free Entry and Fan Buses as Odd Host Strømsgodset Saturday
Skagerak Arena opens its gates free of charge when Odd Ballklubb take on Strømsgodset on 5 September. Direct buses from Gulset and Porsgrunn are laid on for the occasion, and a new Swedish goalkeeper has just been confirmed ahead of the match.

Odd Ballklubb are rolling out the red carpet for supporters ahead of Saturday's home fixture against Strømsgodset at Skagerak Arena. Kick-off is set for 16:00 on 5 September, and the club has branded the occasion a publikumskamp — a fan match — complete with free admission and a programme of activities both before and after the final whistle.
To make it as easy as possible to get to the ground, direct buses will run to Skagerak Arena from Gulset and Porsgrunn, encouraging fans to leave the car at home and travel together.
New Goalkeeper Joins Ahead of the Fixture
The matchday buzz has been given an extra edge by a fresh signing confirmed on 2 September. Swedish goalkeeper Tim Erlandsson has joined Odd on a loan deal running to the end of the 2026 season. The 29-year-old arrives from IF Elfsborg in Allsvenskan and will wear the number 1 shirt, giving the squad added depth at a critical stage of the campaign.
Promotion Push Enters its Decisive Phase
With Odd currently sitting fourth in the 1. Division, Saturday's clash with Strømsgodset is one of a run of home fixtures at the 13,500-capacity Skien ground that could define the club's season. Further home games against Egersund (20 September), Bryne (11 October), Strømmen (18 October) and Sandnes Ulf (1 November) complete a packed autumn calendar. Under-18s continue to benefit from free entry to all home league matches throughout the run-in.
